Grievance Committee         

Do you need help with understanding your rights? Has the District violated part of the contract? We have experienced members who can help you. Joan Adams is the Grievance Chair, and we have three committee members for resource. Grievance committe people dedicate long hours to assuring that teachers are treated justly and with due process. If you need help, you have someone to help guide and support you.

Negotiations Committee

This committee negotiates directly with the District for our contract. If you have ideas of how to improve the contract, be sure to talk to the Negotiating Committee Members: Chair Teri Switzer, President Maureen Glennon, Bob McDiarmid, Sharlene Paxton, Jeff Prusa, and Lisa Harper. 

Membership Committee

Do you need to know the benefits of belonging to DATA, CTA, and NEA? Our Membership Chair, Sue Marvin, will be glad to inform you of the importance of belonging.

Social Committee

Is someone in need of support? Congratulations? Condolences? Let us know. Louise Tankersley is Social Chair.

Catastrophic Leave Bank

We can't stress enough how important it is to become a member of this bank. You can't make withdrawals if you don't make a deposit. You truly never know what the future holds. Protect yourself and family with the ability to withdraw leave from the bank if a crisis should ever occur.
